VACATION CERTIFICATE
Shown below is what the vacation certificate looks like.
The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed.
Your business name and/or web address will be printed in the "Compliments of" area.
Vacation Certificate Details and Conditions
The certificate has a value of up to $400 and offers 3 days, 2 nights deluxe hotel accommodations for two adults in their choice of 25 destinations. To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with their chosen destination and a $15.00 processing, postage and handling fee. This fee covers our cost of processing their certificate and mailing them a reservation form, which they will use to book their accommodations. Their only remaining cost is the hotel room taxes that are guaranteed not to exceed $12.00 per night. There are NO other fees. The offer is NOT connected with any timeshare presentation or sales pitch of any kind. The customer will use their reservation form to specify the dates they wish to travel and then send in the form to the fulfillment center to have their dates booked. A written confirmation letter will then be sent to confirm their arrival date and hotel accommodations. Certificate users are guaranteed to receive their requested travel dates when booking reservations 60 days in advance and not selecting holiday weeks or weekends.
Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate. There's even a phone number they can call with any questions.

You Can Give Away Both Printed AND Online Certificates
When you sign up you will receive your own account where you can login at to print as many certificates as you want at anytime, and to customize them to include your business name and/or website address in the “Compliments of” area.
We also provide you with a special website where you can direct your prospects and customers to receive their vacation certificate online, which will also be imprinted with your business name and/or website address on it. In your account you will have a unique tracking url that links to this special website to give away the certificates online.
We also provide you with several banners that you can choose from to put on your website for your customes to click on to be taken to the special website to receive their certificate. For example, if you give away the certificate on your website, you can put one of the banners we provide or some text that says "Thank you for visiting our site! Click here for your complimentary FREE Las Vegas Vacation!."

Hotels rarely experience full occupancy except during conventions, major holidays and weekends, so they contract with certain travel promotion companies, like us, to give the rooms away free to get people to come and see what they have to offer.
